The application for promotion (request for admission) should be submitted to the Council of Deans. The request must be made on a special form, signed both by the promoter and the co-supervisor. The supervisor decides within two months of receiving the final version of the manuscript of the candidate, on whether to submit the manuscript to the Assessment Committee.
